How the Keeping Tabs Program Works

Keeping Tabs consults with your company to design a detailed customized form listing and describing your current cash-handling procedures, tips, receipts, safety and age checks. It denotes which procedures are mandatory every time an employee makes a sale, handles cash or pours a drink. We train every investigator in the specifics of how your bar is set up as well as specific surveillance instructions.

Investigators can also report on the behavior of service staff and whether safety standards are being applied.

We send licensed, insured and experienced private investigators to visit your place of business in the guise of average customers. These investigators are not only trained in surveillance but are also trained by Keeping Tabs, Inc. to recognize and understand your specific practices and procedures and to report on how well they are applied.

Our investigators are scheduled for specific dates, times and locations as determined by each client. You may be concerned about specific employees and shifts and we can provide surveillance at those times. Keeping Tabs, Inc. provides information about how clients can comply with current labor law guidelines related to employee investigations.

Investigators provide detailed reports to Keeping Tabs, Inc. on-line within 24 hours. Clients will receive an e-mail from Keeping Tabs alerting them to the availability of this information. Clients can then view the report via a secure internet access or by fax or e-mail, if desired.

Keeping Tabs reports are designed using a format similar to that supplied by Mystery Guest, Inc., tracking historical results as well as national, regional, location and employee specific trends.

Client Reporting

Providing timely, fair, and consistent evaluations for management utilization is key to the successful implementation of integrity feedback.

Most reports are available on-line within 24 hours. Keeping Tabs, Inc. will maintain a database of investigations based on specific employee as well as historical data over time. Each client determines the secure method in which they want to receive reports and who in the organization should be allowed access.

Client Support

Keeping Tabs, Inc. is based on client information concerning practices and procedures. This proposal includes travel expenses for two visits to your corporate offices for development of the program.

Additional travel requirements are billed at cost. Full client support is provided throughout the contract period via toll free telephone access, as well as on-line support.

Confidentiality

All clients are ensured full confidentiality for their Keeping Tabs programs and reporting. Keeping Tabs, Inc. will not reveal client observation criteria, forms, reporting nor the client's own security standards, either during or after the contract period.

All investigators are experienced in depositions and as witnesses in court and will be available as needed. Compensation for such services is additional to the basic fees quoted in this proposal.

Implementation Time Table

Keeping Tabs, Inc.'s program could be implemented within 10 days of the design of the custom observation form's design and approval.
